Spa Arrival & Etiquette
In order to familiarise yourself with the facilities and relax before your treatments, we recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. Please note that should you arrive late for your appointment, all treatments will have to end on time to avoid inconvenience for other EVE guests.
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking (e.g. high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies) you will be asked to complete a medical history from upon arrival, so we can best meet your needs. Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after treatments is not recommended.
If you are receiving treatments, you will receive a towel and a robe to wear during your time, a locker will be provided for your personal belongings. While our therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy, for your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments. Those visiting the Thermal Experience will receive a towel on arrivals; please note swimsuits are required at all times in the Thermal Experience.
Spa Experience Team
All of the EVE team are happy to assist you in customising your own personal spa experience, whether in person or by telephone, from planning your treatment to advising on packages and answering any questions you may have.
Please note in order to ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests, use of the Thermal Experience and treatments are limited to those over 16 years old only. You may be asked for identification on arrival.
EVE Spa Gift Voucher
Eve Spa gift vouchers are available for purchases for all spa treatments, Thermal Experiences and packages. Vouchers are valid for 12 months. We cannot except expired vouchers.
Payments & Cancellation
All payments must be made at the time of booking. If you must reschedule or cancel any spa appointment, please notify the spa four hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service. Cancellation of a package or group of treatments will require 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without proper notice, are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.
